For those of you who don’t know (or maybe forgot, since it’s been so long), Rachel and I used to write a new blog post every single week for YEARS. In fact, our writing was what we were most known for in the early years of Clarity on Fire.  All of our old blogs are still available on our site (check out our full library). But many of those old posts haven’t seen the light of day in a while, even though they’re just as relevant today as they were when we first wrote them.  So today, I’m highlighting one of those old posts! This is a concept I still share with my clients when they’re struggling with burnout.
