Dr. Robert Wolfe’s went to college at UC Berkeley, where he was a 3-sport varsity athlete, playing basketball, track, and golf. After college, Dr. Wolfe went back to school for his PhD which led to a career in clinical research. The focus of Dr. Wolfe’s research is on the regulation of muscle metabolism, particularly as affected by aging and stressors such as injury, sepsis and cancer. Dr. Wolfe served as a faculty member at Harvard Medical School for nine years, and is currently the Director of the Center for Translational Research in Aging and Longevity at the Reynolds Institute on Aging in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Wolfe is a co-founder of The Amino Company, which was formed to bring his patented amino acid formulas, developed over 40 years of clinical research, to the public.
