Season 2 Episode 11  In this episode, I chat with Steve Rollins, who currently runs a supplemental training program for local high level youth players in he Princeton, NJ area.  Steve has a rich history in coaching and coaching education following his playing/coaching days in Europe. Steve shares a great perspective on the differences in expectations in Europe and the U.S. for players, coaches, and clubs.  He also speaks about the realities and characteristics of a true "elite" player.
