Webster defines a miracle as "an event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the act of a divine being." Quite simply, a miracle is something that cannot be explained by natural law. It's an event that occurs outside the realm of what we know to be possible. This world is full of things we do not understand. God does great and unsearchable, marvelous things without number (Job 5:9).
