In this book, we explore the revelation James had as the half-brother of Jesus. He initially rejected Jesus as the Messiah (which do you blame him? How difficult would it be to admit that your sibling was sent by God?), but became a leader in the New Testament Church following the resurrection. He was so influential, that in Galatians 2:9, Paul tells the church of Galatia that James was a pillar in the Jerusalem community.
