Scotty is an amazing Tattoo arist based in Pacific Beach, CA.   His tattoo journey  began 10 years ago, along this journey he landed a spot at San Diego's famed Guru Tattoo. He has since moved on to the Great Wave Tattoo where you can find him tatting everyday. We discussed his roots in skateboarding, his love for motorcycles, and how things all started for Scotty.
