Jackson comes back on the show and we talk about his Win at the IRONMAN© 70.3 Mont Tremblant. He’s done a few races already this year and this was his first win of the season. Some things we discuss in detail are how he uses and all liquid breakfast before the race and what goes into it as well as some a certain reason to never do a countdown. His coach, James and him set up a plan and the execution was nearly perfect. This race is a solid athlete experience, and everyone should consider doing this race.
