If you want to quit your job and move into your own business, you need an exit plan.  The basic elements are these:  What - What are you going to do when you give your 2-week notice  When - You need an exit date  Who - who is going to be on your team as you move into entrepreneurship   Where - Where will your area of business be? As a rule, you should only start one business. Till your land so you will have plenty of bread.   Why - the biggest piece - your why needs to be deeper if you will stay on the path  Plans are the evidence of intent.
