Magnificent Life

Psalm 1:3 Have you ever gotten a prescription of Happiness through reliance on God's word? The Psalmist promises that those who walk in His ways will be blessed with Happiness. This is because a life centered around God is one of order, peace, and joy. This type of prescription in the word of God promises guaranteed Happiness that is not found in the fleeting things of this world because to be like a tree planted by the rivers of water is to have a deep and abiding faith. Remember, a tree planted by the rivers of water will be continually watered and will grow to be tall and strong. So it is with those who live a God-centered life. They are constantly nurtured and strengthened by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. As they grow in their faith, they bear fruit that blesses others and glorifies God.
