2008's The Dark Knight may very well be the only reason this podcast exists. Allen and Steven give a detailed account of their hype for the film, go in-depth with the viral marketing as they experienced it, and all around how the Bat-tastic summer of '08 cemented a friendship of nearly a decade. The Bat may never reach these heights again, and we'll never be 18 again, so the hype may never be so real again.
