Kimberlie Backus teaches ninth grade English for Val Verde Unified School District in Perris, California. She has taught grades six through nine for the past twelves years. She specifically works with Long Term English Learners and provides support for educators in the AVID Excel program. Kimberlie lives with her husband Anthony in Murrieta, California.
