Sonia O'Sullivan looks back on a huge weekend of running in Ireland and around the world. Jarlath and Sonia hit the road to meet the listeners in Tullamore for the 1st birthday of their canal Parkrun. The Irish legend convinces Jarlath to drive down a towpath and almost drown himself on a paddle board. The following day they meet more listeners at The Great Pink Run in Dublin.
