Vinny Mulvey talks to Jarlath about his understanding of the pain game with running, when to stop and the biggest risks of overloading the body. Vinny, an elite athlete in his own time, tries to puzzle out what Jarlath did wrong and empathises with him over the mental challenges of being hurt through running.
