This week I meet Louise Cooper, Strategic Development Manager at Coopers Brewery as Coopers prepares to celebrate 160 years of brewing. Of course, with a name like that Louise is not just the Strategic Development Manager she is also daughter of Coopers Managing Director Dr Tim Cooper and a member of the sixth generation of the Coopers family to have a role in the brewery. In her role, Louise has taken a lead in managing Coopers’ recently announced $50 million visitor centre, microbrewery and whisky distillery at its Regency Park site.
