This week we have a very timely conversation with Harry Jenkins, independent chair of the Alcoholic Beverages Advertising Code scheme (ABAC). This conversation had been booked for some weeks but happened to be recorded the day before the news come out about ABAC’s Jedi Juice ruling so we weren't able to canvas that specifically. We did discuss the ABAC code generally, its aims and objectives, and also the criticism it has faced from both sides of the industry.
