Two Birds co-founder, Jayne Lewis, opened the conference with her keynote. Jayne eschewed the usual keynote update and platitudes by addressing some of the important issues the industry has been tackling and she address them head on, but in a very supportive way. We didn’t initially plan to podcast the keynote, but it was a message that we think everyone should hear. Matt followed up with Jayne after for a bit more of a chat about what she said and why it was important right now.
