In a very wide-ranging conversation, we hear about Stone & Wood's year of growth, how they are managing the brewery's growth both from a production and organisational culture perspective, their successes during 2016, decision to appeal the court loss against Thunder Road. We also have a fascinating chat about the state of the market including some keen insights into where the beer market is, where it is heading and the opportunities this provides to small brewers.
