This week we head to Port Melbourne to speak with Matilda Bay's Scott Vincent. But then we get serious about our beer, announcing the details for the Podcast from the Pub with Professor Charlie Bamforth. In our interview with Scott we look at a wide range of issues facing CUB's craft brewing arm, including the challenges of scaling up production from the Matilda Bay Garage brewery to have them brewed at Cascade whether that impacts the 'craftiness' of the beers.
