Teams put us in a position where the anointing of God flows greater because wherever there is genuine core unity, there will always be a more excellent supply of God’s Spirit in advancing His Kingdom. (Psalm 133:1-3). Just because a group of people comes together in the same place does not make them a team. Do we all understand our part is vital to the whole? Are we poised in confident humility because we value the work of the Holy Spirit through us? Does everyone have a spirit of expectancy in execution?
