Sinopsis
Byzantium, became Constantinople, and then Istanbul, has been, since its foundation, a meeting point of cultures. Its location makes it a crossroads both continental and maritime. Chronologically, the exhibition will describe the different phases of the city s history, from prehistory to the present, through about three hundred objects from Turkish, French and international public collections.
