    Jeff and I are following up on the idea we had in the last episode of targeting lakefront homeowners. With a single target market selected, we picked the top end of the market, created a guide to Winter Haven lakefront house prices and started running Facebook ads. In less than two weeks of starting the process, we have a list of 88 people looking for or owning a lakefront home in Winter Haven. Now we're making a plan to follow up with these people to see who are the 5-start prospects within this list and ways we can engage and be ready to help out. Tibor and I have known each other for almost 10 years now and I love his enthusiasm, his energy, and his approach to business. He's a very successful agent. We focused in on the chain from getting eyeballs to his website, then people leaving their name and email address, then bonding with them over time, and finally meeting with them face-to-face.
