The biggest impact on my life has been starting to plan my upcoming week on a Sunday.  It gives me a sense of purpose and makes me feel calm and ready to start the next week.

With my wife gone for the morning and the kids at home, I'm here to take care of them. Just got back from walking the kids to school and almost there my oldest throws up all over himself...  So...  We leave the youngest at school and take the oldest back home, No Problem.

I get so incredible passionate when I see fathers/mothers walking around with their kids and having a cigaret in their hands at the same time, smoking away... why...???
