G sits with the man, the myth, the legend, Art Pereira who is a drummer, designer, video specialist and all round great guy who has played for bands such as V.O.L, Verona Walls and more. They talk about his experiences playing for all past and present bands, other creative projects and what he has planned for the future. 

G hangs out with Kevin, Mike and Damian from the Cape Town based band With Dawn. They talk about all things weird and wonderful including their latest trip to Johannesburg for MetalFeast which doubled as Damian's first show as the new drummer. They chat about member changes, writing music, their pursuit of tone, the local underground scene and more... G hangs out with Kyle, Oliver and Brett from the Cape Town metal band Bulletscript. They discuss their musical journey and what has led up to their latest release Enemy launching on 9 March 2019. They talk about the trials and tribulations of being in a band and offer some sound advice for all musicians looking to start a band and how they keep the machine running. They also talk about how it came about how Brett joined the band recently and how the recording process took its course. G hangs out with Devon and Matt from Cape Town's punk rock outfit Crossfire Collision.  G sits with Mike Pocock who has had many years of experience in the music industry from playing in bands to tour managing and ultimately taking the role of promoter although he see's himself as just a a fan throwing fun shows. They talk about the concept behind the Brochella brand and some upcoming shows happening in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.    In support of the upcoming Brochella show in September, G features 3 bands on the line up namely Knave, New Skyline Fire and I Believe In Giants.   Mike also has an exclusive announcement for Papa G's House listeners so check it out if you want to know whats up! 

 G sits with Markus and Kyle from long time Cape Town punk-rock outfit Half Price. They attempt to cram 17 years of stories into one episode. Plenty of stories and laughs with some added sauce to taste. They also explore the bands evolution over the many years of their existence. Definitely the longest episode to date but more than worth every second.   G also features a rough cut of the song "So Hard it Hurts" performed by themselves and fellow punk-rock outfit Alive at Midnight as well as the teaser to the documentary "STILL PLAYING PUNK" for this episodes Papa G's Pick. 

 G sits with Patrick Davidson, the mastermind behind METAL4AFRICA.COM and the True Believers  initiative. They discuss the upcoming WinterFest 2018 show as well as some background surrounding the M4A brand... A "too be continued episode...."   G also features and pays tribute to Facing the Gallows​ and Bryan Binneman​ following their recent announcement on this episodes Papa G's Pick along with his favourite comedian Theo Von​. 

 G sits with Josh Gready, most notably known for being the drummer for Cape Town band WITH DAWN, as well as being that happy guy with the blonde dreads. They go through Josh’s journey as a musician as he makes a heartfelt announcement. They discuss upcoming music, sports & events both national and international. They also debate some topics that have sparked some interest in previous weeks. Fun and games as usual.  G features a another popular local South African band for “Papa G’s Pick”.    

 For the first ever episode G sits down with close friend and sound engineer Jarred Ronnenbergh to talk about the excitement of getting the show up and running and what the show will be all about. They discuss topics including the closing of Cape Town's beloved underground haven Gandalfs/ROAR, the analog versus digital world, Cape Town underground venues, the Springbok captaincy, UFC results and up and coming events on the calendar.   G also does a live reaction to Pyjama Planets newly released video medley and showcases an up and coming Metalcore band from Cape Town for the first episodes “Papa G’s Pick”.
