Wow Social Media provides so many ways to follow some one these days.

So I retired on California Rental Properties and I suspect if I made the switch 10 Years ago to Texas that I would still be working and that is a shock.  You see everyone says Texas is Great, 10 Day Evictions, Pro Business but wait that Property Tax kills cash flow every year via Resets.

The 1% Rule is causing new investors to buy the wrong stuff and it will come back to bite them as the business cycle turns.  I used it when I started but I learned very quickly it was forcing me to buy the wrong stuff.

I created this video because something has been bugging me since Mothers Day.  You see my Mom made sacrifices she should not have had to make becuase she was Financially Dependent on a Man and that SUCKS!!!! She was in an unhealthy relationship for too long and as an oldest son it still bugs me to this day that she had to make that sacrifice for her kids. I wish she could have heard this message 30 years ago as she would have crushed this business and she could have ended that horrible relationship decades sooner than it did.
