Don is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he teaches strategy, serves on the committee overseeing MIT's Master of Business Analytics program, and co-founded and co-directed the X-Lab to run randomized controlled trials in organizations. In 2019 he co-founded CultureX, an AI-driven data analytics company that helps organizations measure and improve their cultures. CultureX recently launched the Culture 500 in partnership with Glassdoor and MIT, which measures the corporate cultures of 500 of the largest employers in America. Sull was formerly a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and the London Business School. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctorate at Harvard University. Prior to academia, Don worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, and a management-investor with the leveraged buyout firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. The Economist named him "a rising star in a new generation of management gurus"
