John Bell, is the Founder and CEO of reThinkData LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition Industry as a leader in technology innovation and market delivery.  John began his career in recruitment as the head of his own IT staffing firm, that reached markets nationwide. It was through this experience that John launched Boxwood Technology, Inc., one of the largest US based white-label job board platform, a SaaS provider with over 1,200 professional societies and trade associations sponsored career centers under sales and operations management. John led the sale of Boxwood in 2015 and soon after launched reThinkData LLC as an Integration platform as a service (iPaaS) technology company, exclusively focused on integrating data systems and improving workflow inefficiencies in the Talent Acquisition industry.  For the past 10 years John has served on The Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions (TATech) Board of Directors.
