Bobby Kolba is the VP of Engineering at Textio and leads the engineering, data science, and technical program management teams. He was Textio’s first employee and has done a little bit of everything as the company has grown, from building the initial prototypes of Textio’s service to doubling the team several times over. Prior to Textio, he worked at Microsoft on Office and Bing.
