Jason Finkelstein is an entrepreneur and technology business leader obsessed with work tech and the future of work. A computer scientist turned product manager turned strategic marketer, Jason is now the CRO of Traitify, a new category of HR tech company using personality science to change hiring for the modern era. Traitify measures personality data to radically improve candidate and employee experience, inform data-driven hiring and give value to both workers and companies across the employee lifecycle. Previously, he was CMO of publicly traded company AVG Technologies (acquired by Avast for $1.3 billion) and CMO of growth-stage company Location Labs (acquired by AVG for $220 million). Jason has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's in computer science and economics from Duke University. He is based in San Francisco.
