Michael Kannisto is the founder of MindemicLab, a think tank that uses a Scenario Planning format to bring remarkable people together in an ongoing conversation about the future of work.  He started off as a research scientist, but has spent most of his career running talent acquisition for large global organizations.  Dr. Kannisto received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Materials Science and Engineering department at the University of Michigan. He has two teenage children, and is an amateur artist.
