Hessam Lavi is Director of Product at SmartRecruiters with the primary focus on data-driven recruiting solutions. He previously co-founded Jobspotting, a smart recommendation engine for job seekers which was acquired by SmartRecruiters in 2017. Previously, Hessam managed a team at Google for four years, working with search quality. Hessam holds a MSc degree in Cognitive Science with a Computer Science emphasis from Lund University, Sweden.
