Craig Shoneman is an Offering Management Director in the IBM Talent Management Solutions Business. Craig has a passion for bringing change to HR and talent strategy and has been doing that since 2010 when he joined Kenexa.  He is responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for IBM’s talent acquisition and Watson Talent capabilities. Craig and his team of offering managers are currently focused on developing a new breed of talent solutions that leverage the power of cognitive computing to complement core solutions in the existing HR technology stack. Craig has worked in the enterprise software space since 1997 in various roles including consulting, sales, product marketing and product management.  Craig has been focused specifically on the talent management space since he joined Salary.com as a product manager in 2008.
