First, the boring stuff: I started in 2007, timing my career perfectly to the real estate crash that shook the entire world. Sputtering along after a whopping 4 whole transactions my first year, I almost left the industry. Three years later, I built a team of seven and helped over 200 families sell that year. In 2011, I became CEO of a small startup office, growing it to 2.5 times as large as our competitors. In 2019, I founded The Works Coaching, Inc. and in 2020 partnered up with Gary Wilson and the GIA Team. I am now honored and blessed to coach some of the best Realtors in the industry. Now, the good stuff: I’ve lived in over 60 different houses in 6 different states and I'm not military, we just flipped houses before HGTV ever coined the term.
