Christian von Donat has been appointed executive director, operations, and Mark Chiarelli is the new director of labor relations. NEEA represents the interests of the four major global OEMs — KONE, Otis, Schindler and TK Elevator — and is responsible for negotiating collective labor agreements in all provinces. It also works with regulators and public policy stakeholders to advance issues of relevance to the industry.
