The deal is set to become effective on July 29. TKE has a strong presence in the metro Vancouver area, including providing equipment and service to some of the most prominent and modern downtown office towers. "As the urbanization boom extends west to cities like Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, it is critical to have the best technicians, tools and technologies to keep building transportation systems safely operating,” TKE North America President and CEO Kevin Lavallee said.
