Dr. Phillip Voet van Vormizeele will succeed Dr. Detlef Hunsdiek, who is retiring, in the position of chief human resources officer (CHRO), and will oversee HR and legal, compliance, data protection and labor relations. Kevin Lavallee will assume the position of chief operations officer (COO) with a responsibility for field operations in addition to his current role as CEO of the business unit of North America.
