Can Mobile Homes Help Solve the Housing Crisis?

Sinopsis

Today we interview Franco Perez, a mobile home builder and real estate personality in San Jose, California. Franco realized that there is a wealth gap in today's market. Buyers, and especially young buyers, are finding it nearly impossible to purchase real estate with today's high prices and high interest rates. This is especially true in California, and in the big metro areas in Canada, such as Toronto and Vancouver. Single family homes, semi-detached, townhouses, and condo apartments are rapidly becoming out-of-reach for most first time buyers. So many of them are trapped into renting. There is, however, another alternative that is much less expensive than buying traditional real estate. Purchasing a mobile home can be an excellent stepping stone to purchasing more traditional real estate down the road. There is definitely some stigma attached to living in a mobile home in a trailer park, but it doesn't have to be that way. Check out Franco's website and social media for some eye-opening photos.
