The Ancient Bloods: Live at The Bearded Lady, West End, 23 January 2020 The Ancient Bloods are a project started by Digi Youth Arts, established to provide a platform for emerging First Nations musicians exploring a variety of genres. Mentored by local musician Luke Daniel Peacock, the first iteration of the band released the album "Golden Veins" in 2018. The current incarnation that you'll hear in this set features Nadia Morrison, Michaella Stubbs, Cormac Finn, Will Probert and Loki Liddle. Their album "Where We Stand" was released in 2020. This performance was recorded at a 4ZZZ fundraiser gig organised by our sister show, Indigi-Briz.
