Today we interview John Krpan, a well-known real estate developer in the west end of the Greater Toronto Area. John Krpan is the CEO of The Krpan Group, a vertically integrated real estate company that has built over 15,000 residences in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. His company builds residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the region, and has a specialty - they are experts in obtaining approvals for development, whether dealing with the province, the regions, or the various municipalities. We talk about 15 minute cities, "smart cities", where people are able to live, work, shop, and play within a 15 minute radius.
