On Episode 97 of the Guest Speaker Series, Mike sits down with co-founder and CEO of Junto Music Club, Deric Wagner. Deric is the epitome of someone who is a true team player and makes things happen behind the scenes. Through Junto Music Club, a collective out of Massachusetts, he manages artists such as Timi O, l.ucas, Jiida, and Rilla Force. They have their biggest show yet, "Proof of Concept" coming to the Crystal Ballroom in Somerville on May 11th. Mike and Deric discuss a variety of topics, including how Deric became so deeply involved in JMC, and how he's been able to not only find his role as a manager, but also grow into other roles such as executive production and creative direction.
