My career in real estate started as an investor. I dabbled a little in the late 90s with rentals and then started flipping in 2006. In 2014 I got my real estate license to help facilitate my investing. We were flipping about 25 properties a year. Shortly after, I started building a real estate team to handle all the leads my website was generating.
