Building Better Humans Project

I recently watched a video on youtube called Claire's Last days and I was blown away by it. Claire is a young woman that has been in Lung Failure for a few years yet her energy and positivity is amazing. I felt there's a lesson in that for all of us so this week I wanted to chat about this but also share it with you.
