This week's episode is an absolute cracker. I really wanted to dig deep on leadership but not just from a research perspective, not from a theoretical perspective and not just from my own experience perspective. I wanted to dig and get the perspective of different people in different fields and so I chatted to Frankie Ryan, Jay Walkerden and Kev Toonen, all leaders in their own right but all leaders from very different backgrounds.
