Building Better Humans Project

This week I got to create a first for the Building Better Humans Project Podcast - interviewing the current Queensland Young Australian of the Year. Phillip Thompson is a former Australian Soldier who was injured by an IED in Afghanistan at just 20 years old. He has gone on to battle through Post Traumatic Stress and Depression to now helping other veterans grow and flourish and understand they can change their own lives. With ANZAC Day just around the corner it was a real pleasure to be able to sit and chat with Phillip.
