This venture blossomed in 2000 into an award-winning, multi-service company, Vigilant Corporation, headed by Pam as President, CEO, and Chairman. PennsylvaniaJobs.Com was the first affiliate in the Vigilant family. It is a recruiting website for businesses and also offers the "The Job Search Success" program that teaches job seekers how to navigate the hiring process. We have coached many people through the process.
