Hammond is a Professor, Business Management in the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate classes in organizational behavior, international management and ethics. He is the author of over 30 scholarly articles. Dr. Hammond is also a volunteer search and rescue worker with Rocky Mountain Rescue Dogs when he works with his Golden Retriever “Dusty the-wonder-dog” to find lost people in the Rocky Mountains.
