Lifes Issues with Lloyd Rosen with his guest Rhonda Moore and Phyllis Gambone Rhonda Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She began her own personal healing journey in the 1990's and her desire to be as whole as possible put her on a path that would culminate in her work today. She volunteered at Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault centers in the Northeast after hearing a woman share her story of survival and restoration. When she moved with her family to North Carolina, she became involved in a prison ministry and accompanied the ministry chaplain to the county jail and to prisons in the Blue Ridge Mountain area. The chaplain contracted bone cancer and died within a short period of time. The jail and the women's correctional facility were left hanging and asked Rhonda to become their chaplain.
