Our experienced and certified instructors and facilitators provide each student with a goal-oriented and enjoyable learning experience.  The Management Academy's mission is to have a positive impact on the reduction of high unemployment rates of veterans, and displaced workers; and to provide training opportunities for the growth and success of unemployed/underemployed professionals. Our training services are offered in small groups and settings which provide direct attention to student’s needs, as well as one-on-one tutoring.  Coaching services include initial assessments of student’s needs, expectations, and goals, followed by the development of an individual achievement plan.
