Currently Mr. Cruise is employed with TurnBull Equity Group where he is the Senior Vice President of Business Development.  TurnBull Equity Group is a New York based private equity firm that loans money to publicly traded companies.  Mr. Cruise is also Managing Partner of a real estate magazine named Premier Agent Magazine (www.premieragentmagazine.com) which is published in Houston, Texas and Kansas City, Kansas.   Steve McAllister: With a degree in Psychology from Mars Hill College and Film Production Technology from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida, Steve produced the documentary Attention Deficit Disorder: Life at a Different Pace. He has since produced other such films as The Tide From Red to Blue, Yearning for Light, and Lesson Learned.
