You know what Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and apps are, right? Well, my guest today, Mike Muhney, and his partner, Pat Sullivan, are the ones who created it.  Out of desperation, Mike says.  They needed a program to do what a CRM does and there wasn't one, so they built it.    ACT! came onto the market in 1987 and is still one of the top sellers.  But ACT! is for PCs and Mike fell in love with Apple products, so... in 2011, he, Max Pucher, and Kristi Kuykendall put out VIPorbit.  A few weeks ago as I write this, they replaced it with Vipor.  And it gets even better.  It's free for iPhones and iPads.  And his next project is an app that can be used across platforms.  So your iPhone will be able to communicate with your PC.  The hits just keep on coming!
