There's a new online dating service in town that combines all the best features of a matchmaking service, friends' recommendations, and Facebook.   Founders Ethan Weinstein and Joy Kearney based their concept on the fact that most people most successful in dating when they date people recommended to them by their friends.  XOXO will vet people before they allow them to become members to make sure they are who they say they are and at least somewhat resemble their pictures.     In order to design a very brief but very effective set of questions for members, Ethan read just about every relationship book out there.  Joy has a good handle on things, too.  This promises to be a fun morning!
